Two hundred years after Mary Shelley's novel the brilliant but mad Doctor has sustained his creature and himself over two centuries through genetic experimentation.
Visually imaginative, but otherwise quite haphazard attempt to update the novel into our times, and it shows that this is the pilot to an intended series.
