28 Weeks Later (2007)

Six months after the rage virus was inflicted on the population of Great Britain, the US Army helps to secure a small area of London for the survivors to repopulate and start again, but not everything goes to plan.

OK sequel of a great zombie movie with some menacing details.

On second view this zombie thriller is agreeably entertaining and better than most entries to the genre.

Maltin **: "Visceral and more graphic than the earlier film, this nay satisfy bloodthirsty fans, but it grows tiresome, and its metaphoric relationship to the Iraqi occupation is a one-note idea. Better than many sequels, it still suffers in comparison to the original."
