King Ralph (1991)

As the only relative to take over the Royal throne, a down on his luck American slob must learn the ways of the English.

Likable, but utterly predictable comedy; and not only the British will be not amused.

Halliwell (no star): "Witless farce, set in an England that even P.G. Wodehouse would have found quaintly old hat."

Maltin**1/2: "Mild, one-joke comedy...Inoffensive but hardly inspired: Goodman's likability has to carry this a long, long way."
