Der Tiger von Eschnapur (1959)

A German architect arrives in India to meet with a Maharaja, for whom he will build schools and hospitals, and both men fall in love to the same temple dancer.

Although it's a  pulp adventure with wooden performances, the production is lush and the director manages to create a dream-like fantasy world full of memorable visual impressions.

Maltin**: "Slow-moving, disappointing adventure romance of interest mostly for Lang's participation."
