Jonah Hex (2010)

The U.S. military makes a scarred bounty hunter with warrants on his own head an offer he cannot refuse: in exchange for his freedom, he must stop a terrorist who is ready to unleash Hell on Earth.

Comic adaptation as steampunk Western; a good example that the sum of well-produced parts don't result into a good movie.

Maltin BOMB: "Dreadful comic-book/Western hybrid...Buried beneath a mound of makeup, Brolin can't make the character (introduced in a 1972 comic book) come alive. Fox is embarrassingly bad and the script is incoherent. Brief running time suggests heavy cuts were made during production, but considering the mess on-screen that's probably a good thing."
