Good (2008)

A novel about a mercy killing brings a German professor to the attention of the Nazi Party, which now wants him to write a treatise on euthanasia to justify the "final solution."

Well-intentioned, but highly botched character study about an intellectual unintentionally being drawn into the Nazi system; the star does his best to fight the inconsistencies of the plot, but fails; the 'revealing' end sequence at the concentration camp is staged as a ridiculous tunnel of horror ride and is on the verge of being offensive.

Maltin**: "Ineffectual and unsatisfying, considering the dramatic, ingredients."
