An emergency physician from Brussels is desperately searching for his daughter who ran away from home and is now missing for eighteen month.
Slightly overlong and meandering thriller, but nevertheless with some intense moments.
When Justice Fails (1999)
A detective investigating the murders of two sex offenders gets involved with a beautiful mute district attorney who becomes a main suspect.
Predictable and cliche-ridden attempt at film noir.
