Rarely Heard: Tom Verlaine - Rain, Sidewalk

Of course, many will know Tom Verlaine as the guitarist and singer of the legendary Television, but he has released an impressive amount of wonderful solo albums, which I assume are not recognized highly enough, and his talent as guitarist is still underrated. He's still going strong, and I won't miss any of his albums coming up. Last one was 2006, so I hope he'll up to new tunes soon again.
