Indeterminacy 27

The Four Mists of Chaos,
the North, the East,
the West,
and the South,
went to visit Chaos
himself.
He treated them all very kindly
and when they were
thinking of leaving,
they consulted among themselves
how they might repay his
hospitality.
Since they had noticed that he
had no holes in his
body, as they
each had (eyes, nose,
mouth, ears, etc.),
they decided each
day to provide him
with an opening.
At the end
of seven days,
Kwang-tse tells us,
Chaos died.

Tabloid (2001)

A deeply insincere talk show host whose show Tabloid TV uncovers the darkest secrets of even the most virtuous celebrity guest becomes a victim of his own plot.

In large parts sucessful satire on modern-day TV with a nice twist at the end.

At the Earth's Core (1976)

A Victorian scientist and his young American backer set off in their new earth-boring machine with a short test on a Welsh mountain.

Childish and pretty bad sci-fi adventure, suitable for the age of 6 and below. It does have Caroline Munro in it, though.
