Terminator Genisys (2015)
When John Connor, leader of the human resistance, sends Sgt. Kyle Reese back to 1984 to protect Sarah Connor and safeguard the future, an unexpected turn of events creates a fractured timeline.
Despite Schwarzenegger's reappearance in the series this entry is merely a well produced, but uninspiring sci-fi adventurer; like its plot, a dead-end detour to the main timeline.

John Wick (2014)
An ex-hitman comes out of retirement to track down the gangsters that took everything from him.
Above-average actioner which offers a lot of neatly choreographed action and a high body count, but is otherwise unremarkable - well, if you ignore the fact that the hero is avenging the killing of his puppy.
Little Murder (2011)
In post-Katrina New Orleans, a disgraced detective encounters the ghost of a murdered woman who wants to help him identify her killer.
Nicely set crime drama that unfortunately turns into an implausible, but predictable and cliched ghost story.

The Adirondack Wilderness, or the "North Woods," as it is sometimes called, lies between the Lakes George and Champlain on the east, and the river St. Lawrence on the north and west.

Old-fashioned creature feature that successfully strives for atmosphere and subtle scares; and you only get to see the monster at the very end of the movie.
Bridge of Spies (2015)
During the Cold War, an American lawyer is recruited to defend an arrested Soviet spy in court, and then to help the CIA facilitate an exchange of the spy for the Soviet captured American U2 spy plane pilot.
Appropriately subdued reconstruction of true historic events has gentle suspense, fine period detail and two great lead performances.
