First Lines: Sigmund Freud - The Interpretation of Dreams
In the following pages I shall demonstrate that there is a psychological technique which makes it possible to interpret dreams, and that on the application of this technique every dream will reveal itself as a psychological structure, full of significance, and one which may be assigned to a specific place in the psychic activities of the waking state.
Vacancy (2007)
A young married couple becomes stranded at an isolated motel and finds hidden video cameras in their room, and they realize that unless they escape, they'll be the next victims of a snuff film.
Well-made, but basically standard horror fare.
High Noon (2009) (TV)
A police crisis negotiator struggles with the pressures of her job, raising her young daughter, taking care of her agoraphobic mother and is stalked by a maniacal killer.
This is about as mediocre as it can get, a standard story already told so many times with no surprises whatsoever.
