Subdued, but fairly effective murder mystery with some political pretensions.

A half-way decent, but otherwise unremarkable ghost story made for TV.
The Silence of the Lambs (1991)
A young FBI cadet must confide in an incarcerated and manipulative killer to receive his help on catching another serial killer who skins his victims.
Nigh perfect serial killer thriller which set new standards for this genre and beyond.
