Orca (1977)
A hunter squares off against a killer whale seeking vengeance for the death of its mate.
Man vs. beast story in the wake of Jaws, which makes one root for the whale; Harris' ambivalent character is quite unconvincing and Rampling's role is superfluous.
Halliwell (no star): "A rather unpleasant attempt to mix horror and thrills with ecology; not very entertaining, and not for the squeamish."
Maltin**: "For undiscriminating action fans whose idea of entertainment is watching Bo getting her leg bitten off."
