An unconventional cop who doesn't take any bull, is paired up with an amazing detective to capture some powerful criminals but the cop soon realizes that his by the book partner has split personality disorder.
Quite unfunny buddy cop comedy.
Halliwell (no stars): "Poor, coarse-toned comedy thriller, one of the worstmovies; the jokes are based on madness and violence, and Aykroyd's lunatic turns are embarassing."
Maltin *1/2: "Below-rock-bottom car case excuse...Unfunny and offensive, film stagnatedon the shelf for a long time. Career nadir for most of its participants."
