Tell Them Willie Boy Is Here (1969)


A Native American kills his girlfriend's father in self defense and the two go on the run, pursued by a search posse.

Mildly revisionist western is basically a standard manhunt drama, professionally made in most departments, but lacking suspense and compassion.

Halliwell*: "Boringly predictable story of white man's guilt, very professionally made."

Maltin***: "...pretends to be more important than it is, but is so well crafted the preaching can be overlooked."
