The Lodger (2009)

A couple rents out a room to a mysterious young man, who may or may not be guilty of a series of grisly neighborhood murders.

Despite some ambition, some atmospheric moments and a good cast this serial killer is foreseeable even in its attempt at a double twist ending and is otherwise not particularly imaginative.
